About this portal
Harborline is a private company. This website is the Civic Desk: an unofficial map of how federal jury duty starts, plus links to every United States district court and a set of blank files a summoned person or a company can fill in. It is not the government.

Document examination is a separate line of work. Counsel support, if it opens, sells only to licensed attorneys. Neither desk runs on this portal to “get you off” a jury.
Why the civic site exists
A federal questionnaire is written in a voice most people do not hear every year. Clerks already publish eJuror. What they do not publish is one calm nationwide map that separates the questionnaire from the summons and refuses to pretend it is the clerk.
What we will not do
- Excuse, postpone, or qualify anyone.
- Complete eJuror or pick a hardship ground.
- Call a clerk about a named person.
- Sell a result at the courthouse.
