Returns and refunds
This is the policy that will apply when Stripe is connected. No card is taken on this preview. Harborline sells blank files and general instructions. We do not sell an excuse, a postponement, or a result at the courthouse.
Self-Employed Gap Pack · $79

When we will refund
Ask within 7 days of the charge if any of these is true:
- The payment went through and the download never arrived.
- The file will not open, and a replacement file we send still will not open.
- You were charged twice for the same kit.
- You paid the Employer Jury System price and we have not yet delivered the files.
Refunds go back to the same card or method Stripe used. Allow several business days after we issue it.
When we will not refund
The kit is information and blank worksheets. It is not a ticket out of service.
- The court denied an excuse, postponement, or hardship request.
- You wanted Harborline to complete eJuror, pick a ground, or call the clerk.
- You used or downloaded the file and then changed your mind.
- You bought the wrong kit (federal vs a state-court summons) after reading that this site is federal only.
- You expected wage continuation from an employer. Federal law does not require a private employer to keep paying wages.
Employer Jury System · $1,500
If the files have not been delivered: full refund. After delivery: no refund for “our staff still had questions” or “an employee was not excused.” A replacement copy of the same files, yes, if the first download failed.
Chargebacks
Write us first at the address we publish on the contact page when that page is live. A chargeback for “I still had to serve” will be answered with this policy and the product description you checked out against.
Preview status
Until Stripe is on, there is nothing to refund. The $49 button on the kit page is disabled on purpose.
