2. What date does the packet tell you to report or complete eJuror?
3. In one paragraph, what fact would you want the court to know? Write facts, not arguments.
4. How long would that fact last? Days, weeks, a date certain?
5. Is there another adult, schedule, or document that supports the fact? List it. Do not attach medical records to a Harborline page.
6. Are you asking the court to postpone, or to consider an excuse? Those are the court’s words. Use the words on that court’s own form.
